Album: 6/23/2012 update

My biggest accomplishment of the week: I took up running 10 days ago with my 21-year-old son to help him prepare for a half-marathon in September, and we ran our first 5K race this morning. I didn't set any records, but I made it without walking, with an official net time of 38:21. 400th place out of 488 is nothing to write home about, but it felt good. Not sure my 46-year-old knees are up for that half-marathon. :-)
