Not sure if others are interested in this, but this is looking east at Wilton from the Liberty St. crossing (farthest west crossing in town, visible in the background of the previous shot). Off to the right, little more than a trail of weeds, is the old west leg of the wye that used to go to Muscatine. Visible in the background between the trains is the depot that still stands. Westbound at the MP 215 curve east of Atalissa, Jan 17, 2013. I saw a post on Trainorders a while back where someone had climbed this tree for a shot here- not a bad idea! My excitement at hearing 150 was on the point was tempered when I saw it come around the curve long hood first, dang it! By: Andy Brown

I was surprised to see these Chessie hoppers and wasn't quite ready to get a good shot. By: Andy Brown
