Patriot Renewable Fuels, Inc is building a 100 Million Gallon Ethanol plant east of Annawan, IL on Sub 1. A 1.5 mile siding is being built alongside the mainline in addition to 5 60-car capicity yard tracks and 3 tracks to service the plant.
