Bluffs yard, April 1995. The turntable is at the lower left, enginehouse lower right. At the far left you can see where the old TOFC ramp track diverged. About two years after this photo, nearly all the tracks between the pig flats in the center of the yard and the string of grey covered hoppers further back were removed to make way for the intermodal ramp.

A little further north (timetable west) in Bluffs yard - the lower tracks in this photo. Those closer to the grey Hansen-Mueller elevator are in what is now IAIS' (ex-CBGR, xx-MILW) West Yard. About halfway between the grey and white elevators is the ex-Wabash facility, now IAIS' Lower Yard.

Further north. IAIS passes left-to-right in this shot, with BN/BNSF passing from the upper left to lower right. At the bottom of the photo is CNW's line to Searle and Midwest Walnut - the one-time CGW mainline in CB.

Searle/Red Giant is in the complex at the lower left. Their brick building is the ex-CGW enginehouse. Toward the right of the photo, just beneat the wing, is the ex-RI depot, now the RailsWest Museum.

IAIS' line to the UP is seen toward the top of this photo, passing the depot and then curving west. In the upper right corner is the Ready Mix plant that IAIS served in 2005.

Curving across the bottom of this photo is the BN/BNSF's main and Q Yard. At least some of the former International Harvestor buildings in the lower right are now slated for renovation into condos, bordering the south edge of Council Bluffs' Haymarket District.
