IAIS detours over the BNSF Crescent Bridge and IMRL/ICE West Davenport, IA yard due to the Government Bridge being closed.

Westbounds detour by taking the BNSF Industrial/IAIS Milan Brnach from the west end of Rock Island yard and proceed to the Industrial/Milan Branch split at 17th Street, Rock Island. The detours take the BNSF up to the Crescent Bridge and cross the Mississippi River. From there, the detours gain access to the IC&E mainline at "West Wye Switch", the west leg of the wye on the Davenport, IA side of the bridge. From here, the detours proceed into IC&E's West Davenport yard. Once clear of the connection track (former CRI&P "Golden State Route"), the engines on the rear of the WB detour take control and drag the train east back to the IAIS mainline at Taylor Street. Once the head-end power clears the switch at Taylor Street, the power on the rear cuts off and returns to Rock Island via the same route or ties down on the connection.
