Album: LLPX 2802 - SD38-2

Engineer's side of LLPX SD38-2 2802. This model started out as the 2809, but was later redetailed and renumbered to 2802, since the former didn't come to the West End during my era.

The conversion was pretty straightforward. The #1 radiator fan was replaced with a lower-profile DB fan, a new horn, flag brackets, cab roof details, and nose Gyralight housing were added, the long hood lettering was moved forward, spark arrestors were replaced with standard exhaust stacks, the pilots were repainted to black, and the weathering was touched up.
