706 stopped short of milepost 214 because of maintenance in the way at the Wendling spur By: NDHolmes

Normally they would have cleared up, but the last dump car derailed and they were working on getting it back on track. By: NDHolmes

After an hour or so sorting out the derailed car, they got it back on and cleared up. 720 and the RIIC turn was waiting at North Star. By: NDHolmes
