Norfolk Southern's New York Central heritage SD70ACe led PESI-06 into Silvis during the night. The inbound locomotives were parked at Carbon Cliff until the SISW starting assembling SIPE-07 to depart that evening. NYC is the third NS heritage to visit the IAIS (behind S&A & WAB).
