Album: New Bluffs yard office

Floor plan. I'm guessing that the "Subcontractor" area, as well as the parking lot south of the building, is likely set aside for the intermodal subcontractor, replacing the trailers and modular units they've worked out of since IAIS startup almost 30 years ago.
