Atlantic yard, where the IAIS recently rehabbed the west end of 4 track with new ties and ballast and took 2 & 3 officially out of service. Tracks 2, 3, and 4 had been restricted to MOW use for several years except for some transloading that took place from 4 track last winter. By: Joe Atkinson
