Progress continues on the HO Scale IAIS Grimes Industrial Track
Roadbed is roughed in for the entire layout.  2 inch extruded foam board was cut to fit.  Rounded corners were made easy using a saber saw.

The stacked layers will be cut away for the plate girder bridge over Hickman Road.  2 layers of foam were needed to get the necessary clearance.

A coved backdrop will separate the staging/fiddle yard from the rest of the layout.  The additional bracket will support a divider wall.

The stud wall along the stairwell was skinned with tempered hardboard to provide a formal entrance to the layout room.
