Vinyl J-channel trim was used for the bottoms of the fascia and valance since it is extremely flexible and bends easily. By: James McNab

Corners are covered with inexpensive composite trim. Nail holes and other gaps will be filled with lightweight joint compound before painting. By: James McNab

The electronics for the EasyDCC system are installed behind the fascia in the staging/fiddle yard. They are powered by the same circuit that controls the lighting. That way I can be sure that the booster and command station are completely shutdown. By: James McNab

Following up from the 7/05/11 Progress Report, the trackplan has been transferred to the Grimes peninsula using the methods I outlined. All elements, including track centerlines, roads, structures and even fence lines are shown. By: James McNab
